Shipping prices are extra but have not been included in the shopping cart. You may peruse the shipping charges for the US & Canada below.
Shipping for the US, Canada & International countries will be calculated and confirmed by e-mail after you place your order.
California residents will be taxed at 8.25%; taxes for California are calculated in the shopping cart.

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for refund or exchange if brought to our attention and shipped back to us within 10 days of receipt. All returned items should be in good saleable condition.
Patterns and custom dyed yarns are non-refundable or exchangable.
All returns must bear an authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package under the return address. Obtain this by either e-mailing us or calling (916)247-5580 during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10 am to 5 pm Pacific time).
Any return not bearing an authorization number will not be accepted.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All refunds will be given by company check.
White Lies Designs reserves the right to substitute products of equal or better quality at our discretion.
