Shipping fees for Canada & International countries
are additional and will be calculated by
weight and confirmed by e-mail after you place your order.
We will invoice you by Paypal for any
additional postage.
California residents will be taxed at
8.25%; taxes for California are calculated in the shopping cart.
Once your order has been placed through the shopping cart we will confirm the total of your order including shipping and applicable taxes by an e-mail confirmation.

Return Policy:
Returns are accepted for refund or exchange if brought to our attention and shipped back to us
within 5 days of receipt. All returned items should be in good
saleable condition.
Patterns, books, custom dyed yarns,
items purchased more than 45 days previously and
special orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
All returns must bear an authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package under the return address. Obtain this by either e-mailing us or calling (916)247-5580 during business hours (Mon-Sat, 10 am to 5 pm Pacific time).
Any return not bearing an authorization number will not be accepted.
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All refunds will be given by company check
or by Paypal.
White Lies Designs reserves the right to substitute products of equal or better quality at our discretion.
