A heavy worsted weight cotton blend, this is a great looking, easy care 60% Cotton/40%nylon yarn that we just love for those who cannot tolerate wools or other animal fiber.
The nylon content complements the cotton, giving the yarn a desirable drape, helping hold it's shape and also allowing it to dry quickly after laundering.

Not only that, it gives the yarn a "spring" that unlike cotton alone, makes tension very easy on the wrists when knitting.

Not only is Sarasota Chunky a great looking, substantial yarn; at a HUGE 306 yards per skein it is an economical one as well. Win, win, win!
