Knit the Honeybee
stitch yoke and sleeves in our lovely
hand-dyed cotton blend yarn, sew them on to the calf-length,
fit-n-flare, cotton
jersey tank
dress. We've dyed both together in the same
kettle to assure a perfect color match;
you'll enjoy the subtle variegated/mottled
look of both.
Now knit the beautiful Honeybee Stole
(below right)
and be ready for the onslaught of
compliments!
Don't forget the
elegant Honeybee brooch in sparkling
rhinestones to anchor your shawl! Measures 2
1/4 x 1 1/2".
-6.5 sts and 9 rows per inch in Stockinette
stitch on size 3 US needles (for yoke)-
-5 sts and 7 rows per inch in Stockinette
stitch on size 7 US needles (for stole).
Sizing for the dress runs on the smaller side
because of dyeing in a hot kettle,
so order
one size larger than you normally wear.
Finished stole measures 72" x
