Gabrielle Jacket Sleeves

Add these lovely, slightly belled sleeves to the Gabrielle Vest to create an
attractive layering piece for cooler weather.
Edged with the same Triple Leaf Stitch as the vest, the sleeves are worked from the bottom up and set into the vest arm holes to make a stunning jacket.
Length - 16 (17, 18, 18, 19, 19))” from underarm to hem
Bicep – 12½ (14½, 15½, 16, 16, 17)
1 pr US size 10 knitting needles.
3 (4, 4, 5, 6, 6) balls Cascade 128 100% Wool, 128 yds/100gms
3½ sts and 4½ rows per inch over Stockinette stitch on size US 10 needles.

Rows 1-11 (Odd numbered rows): Purl
Row 2: K1, yo, k2tog, k3tog-b, (yo, k1) 3 times, yo, K3 tog-b, ssk, yo, k1
Row 4: K1, yo, K3 tog-b, yo, k7, yo, k3tog-b, yo, k1
Row 6: K1, yo, K2tog, yo, k1, yo, k2, sl2kwise-k1, p2sso, k2, yo, k1, yo,ssk, yo, k1
Row 8: K1, yo, k2tog, yo, k3, yo, k1, sl2kwise-k1, p2sso, k1, yo, k3, yo,ssk,yo, k1
Row 10: K1, yo, K2tog twice, k3, yo, sl2kwise-k1, p2sso, yo, k3, ssk twice, yo, k1
Row 12: K1, yo, k2tog three times, k1, yo, k1, yo, k1, ssk three times, yo, k1
Repeat rows 1-12 for pattern stitch

SM Slip marker
Ssk Slip, slip, knit. Slip next 2 sts as if to knit. Return sts to left needle and knit together through back loops.
Wr&t Wrap and turn. Slip next stitch, wrap yarn around stitch and return to left needle. Bring yarn to front of work, slip the next stitch to the RH needle, bring yarn to back of work, return slipped st on RH needle to LH needle: turn, ready to work the next row leaving remaining sts unworked.
M1 Make 1 - With the tip of LH needle inserted from front to back, lift the strand between the two needles onto the LH needle; knit the strand through the back loop to increase one stitch
Cast on 1 st, PM, cast on 15 sts, PM, cast on 1 st.
Work Triple Leaf pattern between markers beginning and ending each row with k1.Work evenly until panel measures 13½ (15½, 16½, 17, 17, 18, 18)”.
With RS facing, pick up 51 (55, 57, 57, 59, 63, 63) sts along long edge of lace panel. Work evenly in Stockinette stitch for 1” then dec 1 st at each end of needle every 6th row 2 times. 47 (51, 53, 53, 55, 59, 59) sts remain.
Work evenly in Stockinette stitch until sleeve measures 17 (17, 18, 18, 19, 19, 19)” or desired length to underarm.
Steam all pieces lightly spreading lace.
Sew underarm seams and set in sleeves.
Steam again at joins.
